Last season, the Sooners soared as high as No. 7 after a perfect 10-0 non-conference start, but a rough midseason stretch kept them out of the NCAA Tournament. This year, however, they are showing a new level of consistency, with senior forward Jalon Moore leading the charge, averaging 18.4 points and 5.9 rebounds. Freshman guard Jeremiah Fears is also making waves, averaging 16.9 points and 4.6 assists while stepping into the starting lineup for the past four games.
With a championship pedigree under head coach Porter Moser — who’s now secured three straight multi-team event titles — Oklahoma is hungry for more. The Sooners’ next challenge is against Georgia Tech in the SEC/ACC Challenge on Dec. 3 at the Lloyd Noble Center. The spotlight is on, and Oklahoma is ready to prove they’re back and better than ever!
