Jayden Bonsu

Jayden Bonsu will continue his college football career at Pittsburgh.

The former Ohio State safety is transferring to Pittsburgh, according to multiple reports.

Bonsu spent two years with the Buckeyes but did not see any playing time. A four-star recruit out of high school, Bonsu brings three years of eligibility to the Panthers.

Bonsu becomes the sixth Ohio State player to transfer to a new school since the end of the regular season, joining offensive tackles Zen Michalski (Indiana) and Miles Walker (Boise State), wide receiver Jayden Ballard (Wisconsin), linebacker Gabe Powers (Kansas State) and quarterback Air Noland (South Carolina). Ohio State quarterback Devin Brown and wide receiver Kojo Antwi, who both remain with the Buckeyes for their CFP run, are also in the transfer portal with plans to play elsewhere next season.
