Manchester United welcome Fulham to Old Trafford this afternoon.
The Reds go into the game unbeaten in 2024 and last week’s 2-1 win over Luton Town extended our winning run in the league to five matches.
There are signs that United have turned a corner in what has been a challenging season, but concerns are back as the injury list grows yet again. I’m pretty sure we’ve had more muscle injuries this season than points on the board. I hope that changes.
United are without Rasmus Hojlund due to injury and Luke Shaw could miss the remainder of the season. The problems are mounting up for Erik ten Hag – just when we thought United were getting over the cycle of constant injuries.
Manchester United XI vs Fulham
Andre Onana starts between the sticks.
Diogo Dalot and Victor Lindelof will operate in the full-back positions, while Harry Maguire partners Raphael Varane at centre-back.
There is no change to our midfield as Casemiro starts alongside Kobbie Mainoo and Bruno Fernandes.
Omari Forson is handed his first Premier League start and he will be joined by Marcus Rashford and Alejandro Garnacho in attack.
Manchester United XI vs Fulham: Onana; Dalot, Maguire, Varane, Lindelof; Casemiro, Mainoo, Fernandes; Garnacho, Forson, Rashford.
