As the NCAA hockey season hits its midseason break, all teams are on hiatus until at least December 27, when the Ledyard Bank Classic kicks off at Dartmouth. Most teams won’t resume non-exhibition play until early January. This pause provides a perfect opportunity to reflect on the first two and a half months of the season and how it sets the stage for the remainder of the campaign, leading into the conference tournaments in March.
