BREAKING: Fans super excited after Man United’s latest injury relive as Sancho’s decision unfold

BREAKING: Fans super excited after Man United’s latest injury relive as Sancho’s decision unfold

The international break has been anything but quiet for Manchester United, who have endured several headaches since their 3-1 loss to Arsenal.

Failure and injury concerns have not only dampened morale, but Jadon Sancho’s public dismissal of Erik ten Hag’s training claims has at least caused a stir. The Saudi window is now closed and the winger remains a United player.

Meanwhile, Antony’s return from the international break was delayed by allegations of abuse against women against him, all of which he denies. He was dropped from the Brazilian national team last week. United will be eager to get back on the field after a poor start. The Red Devils have only won six points after their opening four matches and are ranked 11th in the Premier League rankings.

A positive performance against Brighton in the second leg is needed. It was a perfect week for Ten Hag before Saturday.

    Sancho’s resolution
Regardless of who is right or wrong, this delicate situation must be resolved as quickly as possible. Sancho remains on United’s payroll and is at the discretion of the manager.

The winger is clearly a talented footballer, as we saw during his time in Germany, and he remains very useful. The best-case scenario is that Sancho and Ten Hag will resolve their differences privately as Sancho takes to the training ground ahead of the Brighton game.

How likely is this to happen? Well, MEN Sport has learned that Ten Hag stood by his comments during the press conference while Sancho pinned his social media statement to the top of his profile…

    Amrabat, Hojlund and other injuries
Lisandro Martinez is back in full training after Argentina missed their first match at half-time against Bolivia as a penalty kick forced him off the field against Arsenal. Rasmus Hojlund has made two substitute appearances for Denmark without a hitch after making his United debut following a back problem.

Sofyan Amrabat’s situation is more ambiguous. He withdrew from the Moroccan team as a precaution after an unknown incident. This at least eliminates any additional damage that might be caused.

The most positive outcome was United allowing Amrabat to make his debut against Brighton after they changed the deadline. Whatever the case, that will likely come from the bench as he meets his new team-mates this week and gets up to speed on his way to United. Anything more than missing two games would be frustrating, especially with the Champions League starting next week.

    Six points became nine
If there’s one team you don’t want to face after the break, it’s the scrappy and sublime Seagulls. Brighton, who have nine points, will begin their exciting European journey next Thursday, so one eye could be on AEK Athens in the Europa League.

They inflicted an opening day defeat on United last season, so Saturday’s match is a chance for the Red Devils to show off their progress under Ten Hag. As players return from injury and the fear of another loss spurs them on, United hope to get revenge on the South Coasters. Perhaps fans will get to see Hojlund start and score when he bows out at Old Trafford.
