Chelsea is apparently interested in signing Kylian Mbappe, a star for Paris Saint-Germain who seems destined to leave the Parc des Princes this summer.

In an effort to capture Kylian Mbappe this summer, rumors claim that Chelsea is making a player-plus-cash offer to Paris Saint-Germain. A year before the end of his contract, he was put on the market after telling PSG management that he had no intention of staying in Paris for any longer than is required. The 2018 World Cup champion has already turned down a transfer to Saudi Arabia, but he has also been linked with Real Madrid and Liverpool. Italy Lukaku
