Stay up to date on what’s happening at Manchester United on the final day, with Sofyan Amrabat following Altay Bayindir and Sergio Reguilon to the club.

Manchester United have agreed to sign Fiorentina midfielder Sofyan Amrabat on a season-long loan with the option to make the deal permanent next year.

Amrabat was United’s main target in midfield ahead of time and the Red Devils are said to have paid out a €10m loan to secure the Moroccan international.

The move comes after United reached an agreement with left-back Sergio Reguilon and goalkeeper Altay Bayindir earlier on the final day. Reguilon joined Tottenham on loan, with United agreeing to cover 100% of his £120,000-a-week salary, while Bayindir joined Fenerbahce on a permanent deal.

Bayindir, 25 years old, says:
“It is an honor to join Manchester United and become the first Turkish player to represent this incredible club. I have a passion for success and will give everything to help this special group of players. This distinction achieves our ambition.”

United enjoys sublimation in Hojlund

Erik ten Hag says Rasmus Hojlund is fit enough to start for Manchester United against Arsenal on Sunday.

The 20-year-old did not appear in training footage released by United this week, but he has trained with his new teammates and is set to make his debut at the Emirates Stadium. “So he had a good week of training,” said Ten Hag. “So tomorrow we have the last training session but he’s fine, he’s reacting well. So he’ll be ready for Sunday’s game.”
