How the Gunners coped individually in their Premier League clash against Fulham at Craven Cottage
Aaron Ramsdale: Some of his games from behind were a bit lax and on another day he might have been punished more harshly for it. A good low stop to keep Decordova-Reid away. 6.
Ben White: Really good defensively and has advanced a lot to support the attack. Only a great save from Bernd Leno prevented a superb size for Martinelli. 7.
William Saliba: Again, pretty solid defensively. Mitrovic treated him a bit harshly at times but he got away with it. 6.

Gabriel: He loves to score against Fulham. It’s three out of four now. His leadership in the team is also reflected in what he demands of his teammates on the pitch. 7.
Oleksandr Zinchenko: A quiet day for the Ukrainian, although most of Arsenal’s goals came down the left flank. Solid ball possession for the most part. 6.
Thomas Partey: Mikel Arteta is a huge basketball fan and it’s easy to see that influence in the way Thomas Partey mop up the rebounds. Another excellent performance from the Ghanaian. 8.

Granit Xhaka: Could have scored one of the team’s ultimate goals if his touch hadn’t let him down. It contributed nicely to a tricky building game. However, he still lacks that finishing touch that he had earlier in the season. 7.
Martin Odegaard: a goal for the Norwegian who seemed to have shrugged off his working illness. He fits so well into the Arsenal game when they’re knocking it like they’re at Craven Cottage. 7.
Bukayo Saka: Not as flashy as the rest of the top three today, but still influential. Was involved in creating good chances and could have had an assist on another day. 7.
Leandro Trossard: A hat-trick of assists for the Belgian’s return to the team might have been even more welcome than Jesus’. His fluid movement brings out the best in this Arsenal front line and is so difficult to defend. 9.
Gabriel Martinelli: One more goal for the Brazilian who is currently in the fast lane. Looks so much more like a threat when connecting with Trossard and trading rooms across the frontline. 8.

SUBSTITUTIONS –
Reiss Nelson: He played both left and right to show his versatility. He may have taken a shot to score with his left foot while playing, but he chose to play it safe. Not as direct as in previous performances. 6.
Kieran Tierney: He recovered from his illness to get a good half hour cameo. It still doesn’t feel so natural to drift in the field, but it felt safe enough. 6.
Gabriel Jesus: The comeback everyone was waiting for was greeted with cheers almost as loud as the goals. Typical animated chain game, but same problem of not being able to take big risks. Always so nice to find him. 6.
Fabio Vieira: He came to life on the ball after starting his cameo relatively calmly. He could have gotten a nice assist for Jesus, but it was a show off the bench. 6.
Takehiro Tomiyasu: He came too late to affect the game. n.v.t.
