“I will do business”: Antony made a shocking admission in his ex-girlfriend’s latest statement

Gabriela Cavallin has released a statement after Manchester United told Antony to distance himself from the club for a while while he defends himself against allegations of physical abuse.

United released a statement on Sunday saying it has been agreed that Antony will not play for the club while police in Brazil and Manchester investigate Cavallin’s allegations. Antony’s ex-girlfriend has accused him four times of assaulting her, allegations he denies.

Since Cavallin, a DJ and influencer, made the allegations, two other women have come forward claiming they were physically assaulted by Antony.

She denies all charges against him. Nonetheless, United decided it was best for him not to turn up for training at Carrington on Monday morning.

In response, Cavallin released a statement from his lawyers via social media. It reads: “The defense of Gabriela Cavallin, taking into account the facts and evidence that became public on this date, concerning the repeated episodes of aggression that she suffered, informs that she trusts the serious and competent investigation of the Sao Paulo Civil Police. , as well as Manchester/UK Police, and hopes that once completed, the perpetrator will be prosecuted and punished for the crimes he committed.

United’s statement read: “Manchester United acknowledges the allegations made against Antony. Players who have not participated in international matches are due to return to training on Monday. However, it was agreed with Antony that he would delay his return until further notice in order to respond to the allegations. “As a club we condemn violence and abuse. We recognize the importance of protecting everyone involved in this situation and recognize the impact these allegations have on survivors of abuse.”

Antony later released a statement saying: “I have agreed with Manchester United to take a period of leave of absence while I deal with the charges against me. It was a mutual decision to avoid distractions for my team-mates and unnecessary controversy for the club.

“I would like to reiterate my innocence of the things I have been accused of and will fully cooperate with the police to help them uncover the truth. I hope to return to play as soon as possible.”

Antony, the 22-year-old winger who joined United from Ajax for £85m in September, has not been arrested or charged. He will continue to receive his £ 200,000 weekly salary from United while taking a game break to defend himself.

Cavallin claims to have beaten a Manchester hotel in a Manchester hotel in January and damaged a breast system, supporting in May that he threw a glass and wounded his finger.
