Foden and partner Rebecca, 22, threw a blue-coloured bash, but are yet to reveal the gender of the tot.
Giant light up letters saying “BABY FODEN” sat at one end of the club room, with a blue and white balloon wall climbing up behind it.
The party included a blue chocolate fountain, a blue and white cake, and other blue and white cakes and sweets.
A food table also featured donuts and cupcakes with blue icing and teddy bear cookies.
A cart with “Baby Foden” written on it held jars of different kinds of sweets.
Foden’s eldest son Ronnie, four, was pictured on a swing in front of a blue and white flower wall.
Father and son both wore black and blue Amiri t-shirts, while Rebecca looked glam in a blue dress.
A sweet family snap saw Foden and Rebecca holding Ronnie and daughter True, aged one.
The party was held at Stockport County Football Club and thrown by GOPR and Events who celebrated on Instagram.
In a post the company said: “A huge thank you to Becca @officialronniefoden_ for trusting us with this special occasion. Such an amazing day we were so excited to be a party of.”
Replying to the post, Foden said: “Beautiful work as always, thank you.”
The pair were both raised in Stockport and reportedly met at a party.
The blue theme could mean the announcement of a baby boy, but Manchester City’s colours are also blue and white.
Foden became a dad for the first time at the age 18, when he and Rebecca welcomed son Ronnie into the world.
Then in 2021 Foden announced he was becoming a father for a second time with Rebecca, aged 20.
Speaking of the magical moment to Man City’s website, he said: “I was there for the birth.
“I walked out of the room, gave it a little tear and then went back in like nothing happened.
“I’m not one for crying in front of people. I like to be on my own, but I was there in the room, watched it happen and it was a special moment.”
The City ace has been on the club’s books since four years old.
Foden has been in incredible form this season, scoring 22 goals in all competitions.
And this summer England will be desperate for him to continue that form into the Euros.
The Three Lions kicks-off their campaign against Serbia on June 16 before group stage ties against Denmark and Slovenia.
And Foden’s sparkling season has left him in pole position for a starting spot.
