Jurgen Klopp shares how Newcastle should feel with Liverpool among them

Jurgen Klopp believes Newcastle United will suddenly feel a bit more pressure after Liverpool’s recent form.
While Newcastle have strengthened their top-four qualifications in recent weeks, Liverpool have enjoyed a bit of a revival.
The Reds beat West Ham 2-1 on Wednesday night, making it three straight wins. Their win against the Hammers drops them in sixth place, six points behind the Magpies with one game left.
Eddie Howe’s side can close the gap to nine points with a win over Everton, but a defeat at Goodison Park will once again leave Newcastle looking over their shoulder. The pundits had their say, with Paul Merson predicting a draw. However, Chris Sutton believes the Magpies will take another big step towards UCL qualification.
Liverpool and Aston Villa are the two clubs with a chance of sneaking into the top four, and Klopp has now sent a message to the teams above him in the race for Champions League qualification.
After the victory over West Ham, Klopp spoke on the Reds’ official website. He has been asked how the teams above Liverpool will feel if his team chases them.
“A little more pressured than three weeks ago,” he said.
“But the teams above us aren’t in those positions for fun. They deserve to be there, they are playing a good season, a better season than ours. But it’s not over yet and we’ll try.
“But we’re not thinking about chasing them, we’re thinking about getting together and playing the best football we can.”
All Eddie Howe can do is keep winning
Liverpool are definitely the team to watch for Newcastle. They feel like the team most likely to threaten our Champions League spot next season.
Klopp is right because his team have certainly done everything to put the pressure on in recent weeks. But Howe can only focus on winning. The top four is still in our hands. We are hunted rather than hunters. We put ourselves in a brilliant position with seven games to go, controlling our destiny in a remarkable free tmmmm5
