In an honest interview about the adultery and love child scandal, Kyle Walker acknowledges making “idiot decisions.”

Kyle Walker, a star for Manchester City, acknowledged that he made “idiot decisions” connected to his adultery and love child controversy.

Following her announcement earlier this month that she had separated from the England international due to rumors that Walker had fathered a second love child with his mistress Lauryn Goodman, Walker’s personal life has become the talk of the town.

After it was revealed that the Premier League star is the father of Lauryn’s kid, who was born last year, he subsequently moved out of the £2.5 million family home in Cheshire that he lives with Annie. The 33-year-old already shares a three-year-old son called Kairo with Lauryn whilst he was on a break from his wife, who he has three sons with, and is expected a fourth child.

Walker sat down and revealed in an interview with The Sun, that he has made ‘idiot choices and decisions’ which has left his marriage all but over. He has since moved out and lives alone in a rented £3million property.

The City defender said: “I made idiot choices and idiot decisions. I can’t begin to think or imagine what Annie is going through. I’ve tried to ask her but there’s pain and hurt. The man that’s meant to love, care and be there for her, did this.

“There have been days in this ordeal where I’ve just wanted to curl up in a ball and go to sleep. The only person to blame is me. I have roles and responsibilities that I’m aware of and I’ve made stupid choices. But I need to own up to my mistakes — I owe it to everyone.

“My actions have caused a lot of pain to a lot of people. I’m sorry because, as a family, this isn’t meant to happen.”

A previous report from The Sun claimed that there was another woman in his love triangle. Walker was said to have met an unknown third woman at a club in January 2019 before he split with Annie – and their relationship is claimed to have lasted until September 2021, with both Annie and Lauryn unaware of the alleged mystery woman.

Walker earlier this month went public with an apology to his wife, saying: “Annie is an amazing woman and I can only apologise for the upset I’ve caused her. She’s been part of my life for so long and that will never change for the sake of our children.”
