Erik ten Hag has already shared his plan with Dean Henderson amid transfer interest from Nottingham Forest

Nottingham Forest are looking to sign Dean Henderson from Man United on a permanent basis after a successful loan spell at the City Ground

Nottingham Forest are keen to sign Dean Henderson from Manchester United and Erik ten Hag has already outlined his plans for the goalkeeper’s future.

MEN Sport have reported that Forest are ready to pay up to £30million for the England keeper, who hasn’t played for them since January. Forest secured Premier League status last weekend and plan to sign Henderson on a permanent basis

United have Henderson under contract until 2025, with an option for a further year. He earns around £110,000 a week at United and his seasonal salary has been fully paid for by Forest.

Uncertainty over David de Gea’s long-term future could play a part in the decision-making with Henderson. The Spaniard is in talks over a contract extension but there is uncertainty over his role as United’s No.1 beyond this season.

Earlier in the season, Henderson revealed he tried to leave Old Trafford before Ten Hag arrived. The pair first spoke on a video call in January when Ten Hag assessed whether Henderson would return early from his loan deal given Martin Dubravka had returned to Newcastle.

The Dutchman has already insisted that no decision will be made on his future until the end of the season. Shortly after Christmas, Ten Hag stressed that no decision had been made on Henderson’s future. “No, I wouldn’t make that decision right now,” he said in December. “I think he’s on loan for a season.”

“During the season, when the season ends, we will make a decision and it depends on many factors. He is playing very well at Nottingham Forest.

Kylian Mbappe talks about his future amid tenuous transfer ties with Manchester United

PSG and France forward Kylian Mbappe has been tentatively linked with a move to Man United in recent months, especially since a Qatari investor expressed interest in buying the club.
Kylian Mbappé has admitted that Paris Saint-Germain’s performance in the Champions League this season would have no impact on his future at the club as he is still linked with a departure.

The 24-year-old forward was unable to help the Parisians reach the quarter-finals of Europe’s elite competition when Christophe Galtier’s side crashed out of the Champions League at the hands of Bayern Munich. PSG were looking to go one goal behind against the Bundesliga side, but the French side lost 2-0 in the second leg.

In recent years, PSG have failed to capture their first Champions League crown. It will be another unsuccessful season in Europe for the reigning Ligue 1 champions, prompting even more speculation about Mbappé’s future in France. Despite this, he made it clear ahead of the Allianz match that the outcome of the draw won’t determine whether he faces a new challenge.
Mbappé said: “If I linked my future to the Champions League, with no disrespect to the club, I would have left a long time ago.
“I don’t think this match will have an impact. I’m here and I’m very happy to be here. I think of nothing but the success of PSG.

Mbappé will no doubt be looking to win the Champions League throughout his career, and the striker could be tempted to leave PSG if the Parisians continue to fail. The former Monaco player has been linked with a number of Premier League clubs in recent years.

In November, The Mirror reported that United were close to signing Mbappé, identifying the Frenchman as Cristiano Ronaldo’s replacement. The report also stated that the attacker would cost more than £150 million.

Mbappe has so far scored 30 goals and 8 assists in 31 appearances in all competitions this season.
