    Wolves-Liverpool 0-1

FA Cup third round replay, Molineux
    January 17, 2023

    Goal: Elliott 13′

    Caoimhin Kelleher – 7 (out of 10)

After Jurgen Klopp’s repeated claims that Alisson was his FA Cup goalkeeper, Kelleher will have been a surprise starter.

It was a quiet night for the Irishman, who rocked Wolves fans as he put seconds on the clock with a relaxed approach to goal-setting.

    James Milner-6

A night that has to happen with Milner at right back, becoming just the seventh player to play for the club after their 37th birthday.

Against a player 16 years his junior, the captain performed well, even outpacing Rayan Ait-Nouri on the wing on one occasion. A solid ad.

    Ibrahima Konate – 8

FA CUP REPLAY: Wolves 0-1 Liverpool: Player ratings

Konaté must switch from left to right after a new change of central defender. Konaté’s flexibility and the regularity with which he plays are notable assets.

As the backline was reshuffled again in the second half, he had to fight off more shots and thankfully he did so with the speed and aggression that characterizes his game.

    Joe Gomez – 7

After a dismal performance from Joel Matip at Brighton, it was a chance for Gomez to claim his claim as Virgil van Dijk faces another month.

He’s done little harm as a centre-back or right-back, although there’s no guarantee he’ll keep his place against Chelsea.

    Kostas Tsimikas – 6

A capable replacement for Andy Robertson, who is crucial on nights like these, but Tsimikas isn’t as classy as the first-choice left-back.

He struggled at times with the pace and directness of Adama Traore, who

Limited his advances in the final third but did his part to concede a well-deserved goal.

    Stefan Bajcetic – 7

It’s a pleasure to see him gradually integrate into the senior game, Bajcetic is naturally not quite there yet but what he offers is very encouraging.

There were mistakes in his play, but he provided a solid platform at the base of midfield, passing well and mostly navigating out of harm’s way.

    Naby Keita – 7
