Arsenal set to sign Leandro Trossard from Brighton as January transfer window deadline approaches, while Chelsea set to deposit £35m for PSV Eindhoven’s Noni Madueke.
The January transfer window is about to gain momentum, with a deadline fast approaching and Premier League sides scrambling to get things done. Arsenal top the headlines after agreeing a £27m deal and personal terms to sign Leandro Trossard from Brighton. Chelsea, meanwhile, are keen to spend even more, with a £35m deal for PSV Eindhoven’s Noni Madueke, and they are also linked with Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Yves Bissouma alongside Brighton playmaker Moises Caicedo.

Zaniolo’s agent in London
Nicolo Zaniolo’s agent is believed to be in London to hold talks with Tottenham Hotspur over a potential transfer for the Roma star.
Zaniolo, 23, has just 18 months left on his current contract in the Italian capital and has reportedly agreed to his future elsewhere after failing to agree new terms.
Agent Claudio Vigorelli could also be in talks with West Ham over a transfer, according to Calciomercato, with Roma demanding around £34m. Romas Nicolo Zaniolo is a wanted man.
Newcastle-eyed Modric
Luka Modric is reportedly set to become Newcastle’s latest signing.
With the 37-year-old Croatian midfielder out of contract at the end of this season, EI Nacional report that he already has two offers to leave Real Madrid.
Newcastle, along with Inter Milan, are trying to get him out of the Santiago Bernabeu after 11 years.
Depay facing Atlético transfer
Memphis Depay is set to join Atletico Madrid from Barcelona in a £2.6million deal. The 28-year-old Dutch striker had entered the final six months of his contract at Camp Nou.

Danjuma bets on Everton transfer
Everton are hoping to secure a loan deal for Villarreal winger Arnaut Danjuma after fending off competition from their Premier League rivals.
According to Telegram, Dutch international Danjuma, 25, opted to join the Toffees via Southampton, Nottingham Forest and former club Bournemouth.
